Nice heavy weight sterling silver tankard with a Commemorative issue coin of the 90th Birthday of Bavarian Prince Regent Luitpold The lettering on the coins says:

This mug was gifted and engraved on the bottom in 1969. In excellent condition, it measures 6 1/4" from bottom to top of handle, 5 1/2" from bottom to top of tankard, and 4 3/4" in diameter.

A wondreful Chinese wood panel with three goats, an auspicious symbol of peace, harmony and good fortune. The panel was painted with red lacquer and then gold gilt was applied. As a decorative piece it would look great over hung over a doorway or above a large painting. In very good condition, it measures just short of 24 inches long by 7 3/4" high.

Rare sterling silver hand hammered snuff box. Fully hallmarked on the inside. Can be monogrammed. Made in Chester, England by Cornelius Saunders & Frank Shepherd it dates 1910. The box is in excellent condition, it measures 2 inches diameter.

A large intricately carved and pierced Chinese soapstone censer. This censer features 3 large foo dogs: two foo dogs at the top of the body with a foo dog removable finial or lid. Three small foo dogs frolic under the 2 larger dogs. The base is a very dark brown, hand carved and not removable. In excellent condition, the censer, as pictured in photo 1, measures 11 inches x 11" x 2.25".

A Tibetan bronze flaying knife or chopper with a curved steel blade used in rituals by Buddhist Vajrayana priests. The flayer was a symbolic instrument and never used to really chop or flay people. Hence, the blade is dull. The blade has oxidized on both sides and there is some verdigris inside the top of the handle. Measures 6.75 inches x 7" high. Dates 1800's.

Rare Japanese silk jacket with a woven scene from an old Edo period tale about a trickster tanooki (also known as raccoon dog or tanuki) and a nobleman or samurai who is holding a pipe. In excellent condition, the black silk is satin silk, fine and smooth.

With its original powder puff made with either cygnet (baby swan) or gosling (baby goose) down, this American brilliant cut glass dresser box measures 5" diameter, 3" high. The lid is sterling silver and does has some dents around the edges. The cut glass is perfect.

Circa 1910, Japanese Satsuma covered jar raised on three legs with a foo lion finial on the lid. Heavily gilded on a blue ground fading to green on the bottom. Flower and butterfly motif. Signed on bottom. Measures 12.5 inches high.

Very sweet little circular cloisonne box with a pale yellow ground. The foot is exposed copper. The interior of both the lid and base is a mottled dark green. Some expected pitting to the enamel. In excellent antique condition, no dents, no chips, no cracks, it measures 2.25 inches in diameter. Circa 1800

This stunning Victorian tomato glass basket by Boston & Sandwich Glass Company is made from two layers of cased glass, a tomato or orange-red color over yellow with an applied clear single twist thorn handle and 4 applied clear feet. An unusual feature is that top rim of the bowl folds over and is studded with large tomato hobnail bumps ending with a crimped edge which finishes with a narrow clear band. A very appealing 19th century Chinese cloisonne reclining dog decorated in green, red, white, yellow, and blue against a turquoise ground. Gold gilt on cloisens, collar, gourd shaped bell, paws, eyes, and tail. In very good antique condition, there are no chips or abrasions to the enameling. Measures 4 inches high x 4.25" long.

Chinese export porcelain serving bowl featuring a traditional Canton scene on the lid with a pine cone finial. The matching scene is also featured inside the bottom of the bowl. The outside of the bowl has the traditional floral design. Condition is considered to be very good to excellent. Original Japanese woodblock print by Kitao Masanobu (1761 – 1816) from the “Eastern Tune Koyka by Fifty Poets”, date 1786. The color woodblock print depicts an image of a seated warrior with a poem above. Print has toning, spots, and marks throughout, fading to inks, loss of red ink stripes on face, abrasions to lower right corner. Not examined out of frame.

A 19th C black lacquered Victorian papier-mache tabletop box with a gold Chinoiserie scene. The lid is decorated with monks in a Chinese style garden where as the sides are decorated with noble families at leisure in a similar Chinese garden. What makes this box special are the monks on the lid and detailed decorations on all 4 sides. Measure 11.75" long, 2.75" high, and 3.5" wide

A stunning hand painted porcelain bowl with a gold trimmed scalloped rim was made by the Tressemann & Vogt company in Limoges, France between 1892-1907. Artist signed, the design, use of gold throughout, and selection of colors from the rich royal blue band with contrasting orange flowers to the band of blush along the rim is just fabulous. Measures 9.5" diameter x 4.5" high.
