Very rare, circa 1888, English tapestry ware biscuit jar with hand painted scenes of a pair of quail and a pair of herons in their appropriate settings. The surface is very clean and feels smooth to the touch. Marked on bottom is the Taylor,Tunnicliffe & Co. of Hanley with the rare Kings Crown logo which was registered in 1886. In excellent condition, no chips, cracks or repairs, it measures 6" high With handle down x 5.5 diameter.

A truly unusual Japanese cloisonne tea caddy, circa Meiji period late 19th century. The colors are vivid and intense against a background of swirling wind motifs, captured artistically in each individual cloisonne cell, then off set against various pictured panels of flora and vine. A real visual treat for the serious collector of quality cloisonne. The tea caddy is in excellent condition with only minor pitting of the enamels, further no damage of any kind and measures 4.5" high. $400.00

Extremely rare and hard to find, is this truly exceptional Chinese cloisonne pitcher, enriched by geometrical designs and embodied with colorful flowers. The top and bottom borders are done in a royal blue cobalt contrasted by a turquoise backdrop entwined with golden wire. This wonderful item is dated to the late 19th century and stands 4 inches tall.

An elegant Japanese kiseru with a wooden double gourd ojimie. We believe the pipe case and tobacco box to be made from Sakura, cherry blossom wood, (Prunus serrulata). In excellent condition, the pipe case measures 9.5" long, pipe: 7.5" long, and the tobacco box is just under 3" in diameter.

Just simply stunning, this beautiful Chinese Asian celadon vase dates to the 14th century, it is in perfect shape save a small piece of broken shard that attached itself when some other vessel exploded in the kiln. Other than that, no cracks, hairlines, or other damage is found. Notice the comb lines and well potted sleek. Measures 4 inches high and about 2.5" at widest.

Vibrant yellow enameled porcelain 'Birthday' plate inscribed "wan shou wu chiang" in circular reserves. Underside bears six-character iron red Guangxu period (1875-1908) with "CHINA" export mark. In excellent condition, it measures a little over 8" (20.32 cm) diameter.

A very rare and fine Japanese Satsuma water dropper in the form of a Kyoto style saki pot. Delicately painted with figures and flowers, it is supported on three tiny feet and signed on bottom. In excellent condition, this treasure measures a mere 2 5/8 in diameter and about 1.25" high. Dates Meiji Period, 1868-1912.

A beautiful small and petite three tiered sweet meat and condiment box set, done in the famille rose palette. This lovely set dates to the late 19th to very early 20th century pre-1910. Qing Dynasty opium den lamp made with burner bowl. This style lamp was used to illuminate Chinese opium dens and was often their only source of lighting. These lamps were also used to heat the opium tar housed at the end of a long opium pipes. The burner bowl is stoneware with the inside glazed to hold the oil and wick (wick is new).
