A small 17th century Chinese scholar's bronze water pot with matching spoon. The water pot is cast in the form of a goose, its head turned over its back, its feathers and wings picked out in relief and incised with swirls and other abstract designs. The casting is quite good and it has a wonderful patina overall. Measures 2.75" long x 2" high.

A very rare and early imari that more closely resembles the kakiemon palette, but with the heavy use of gold and some under glaze blue, it would fall under the imari family group. This is a very rare dish as it displays the pomegranate fruit in the center well, its seeds being exposed as to suggest the hope of many sons. 5 cranes are symmetrically arranged, 3 on the garden rock, 2 in flight. 18C Chinese domed jade plaque carved in low relief with Buddhist auspicious symbols. Color is a whitish pale celadon. It is carved very, very thin with two sets of small holes to the back edge. This may have been attached to clothing or fabric or, perhaps, attached to a large ruyi scepter. Condition is excellent and it is wonderfully translucent. Measures: 4" x 3.25".

Circa 1750 Chinese export Nanking Cargo blue and white porcelain tea bowl and saucer. The cup and saucer were recovered from the wreck of the Dutch East India Company ship "De Geldermalsen", which sank in 1751 near Java. The recovered pieces from the wreck are now referred to as "The Nanking Cargo". Both cup and saucer still retain the original Christie's label from the auction held in Amsterdam in 1986. saucer measures 4.75ʺdiameter. Cup diameter is 3".Cup with saucer measures 2.25ʺ high

A deeply carved Chinese cinnabar seal paste box measuring about 2.75 inches diameter and 1" high. It is a superb example of early bright red cinnabar lacquer. Being 225 years old, it has been very well kept. Dates circa 1780.

Chinese miniature porcelain tea caddy with gold decoration. All the gold painting is intact and shows no wear which is pretty amazing. Dates mid to late 1700's, it is a fantastic little piece for the collector. In excellent condition, that is as originally made, the only imperfections are little pin pricks in the firing which is normal. This had a cork stopper which is inside the caddy. Measures 3" high x 2" wide x 1/2". Dates 2nd half 1700's.

17th/18th C Chinese hardwood carving of Quan Yin. Beautifully carved with nice elegant lines, this statue has a wonderful patina than only comes with time. In very good condition there are a few age cracks which do not affect the integrity of the piece. There is some glue residue on the bottom where she was attached to an old lamp base. Circa 1780, English creamware with black transfer pheasants and a molded feather edge. Made by Sadler & Green of Liverpool, it measures 10" diameter and .75" deep. Condition is very good with just 2 small chips to edge.

Antique English cotton twist wine glass with a bell bowl on a double series opaque twist stem. In fine original condition, it measures 6 1/2" tall, base 2 1/2" diameter and top 2 5/8". More information and photos available upon request.
