Early 1800's petit point embroidery of a young girl holding a bird. Protected under glass in an oval frame it is in remarkably good condition with the colors still being vibrant. Measures in frame 10.75" high x 8.5" across.

Chinese miniature porcelain tea caddy with gold decoration. All the gold painting is intact and shows no wear which is pretty amazing. Dates mid to late 1700's, it is a fantastic little piece for the collector. In excellent condition, that is as originally made, the only imperfections are little pin pricks in the firing which is normal. This had a cork stopper which is inside the caddy. Measures 3" high x 2" wide x 1/2". Dates 2nd half 1700's.

Early 1900 Japanese silk fukusa featuring a turtle and a crane. Techniques used to create this wonderful fukusa are sumi-e hand painting, yuzen resist dying, some embroidery, and gold foil couching. On the reverse is red rinzu silk with crane and mons motif. Two original tassels are still intact at the bottom. There is a small cluster of tiny gray spots by the crane, see last photo. Otherwise, in very good condition/excellent, it measures 25” wide x 27” high.

Antique English cotton twist wine glass with a bell bowl on a double series opaque twist stem. In fine original condition, it measures 6 1/2" tall, base 2 1/2" diameter and top 2 5/8". More information and photos available upon request.

“Stirring the Pot” is an Asian inspired original drawing in clay by David Bryce. In this incised panel, he molds and marks the clay, creating a simple and familiar action – stirring a pot. Ready to hang, it is in excellent condition and measures 21” x 13 inches. Artist signed. Dated 2007. Color is a greenish taupe with dark brown. In excellent condition, it measures 12"x 13".

19th century Korean plaque of a tiger hand carved and painted with red and gold gilt pigments. Dates Joseon dynasty. Condition is good except some old wood loss to the inner paw area. It measures about 8" x 7 inches.

An unusual Japanese Awaji vase hand thrown with applied floral pieces. Though designed for ikebana, the basic bottle point form and the beautiful glaze makes this vase a very striking piece that could be displayed as an art object. The artist used his creative talents to make the vase stand out by applying pieces that appear to be a log or branch with a vine and a large flower. One flower on the backside is chipped, see photo, but because the applied pieces are somewhat abstract, it is difficult...

A beautiful Chinese famille rose porcelain footed bowl surrounded with men, women, and children in an outdoor setting. Inside, the bowl are 3 small insects. In excellent condition, it dates to Guangxu period of the late 19th century. No hairlines, no chips, very slight wear compatible with age. Measures 10 1/8 inches x 8 1/2" x 3 1/8" high

Antique Chinese Qing Dynasty blue and white porcelain snuff bottle featuring an elaborate hunting scene which includes animals such as wild boar, birds, deer, and a rabbit. Hunters are depicted on foot and riding horseback while shooting bows and arrows. In very good antique condition, no cracks, no hairlines. There are some minor abrasions or loss of glaze at around the rim which may have happened during firing. Height about 3 inches high.

Circa 1904, a pair of English bright cut napkins in their original box. Hallmarked and in excellent condition, each napkin ring measures about 7/8" high x 1 3/4" diameter. Mono. Presentation box is in exellent antique condition.

A very well painted Chinese hat stand. This would be considered transitional late Qing 1906-1911 to pre 1920, my guess is that it is just after the Qing period. The colors and enamel painting feature the God of Longevity with boys at play. Beautifully painted tree with flowers at bloom. The condition is perfect with exception of minor gold rubbing, other than that it is perfect and ready to display. Measures 11" high x 4.75" across

This is an exquisite haori. Jackets of this quality, condition, and subject matter are getting increasingly hard to find. Made habutae silk a with brocaded or woven lining, it can be worn or displayed with either side facing outward. The outside is solid black with 5 mons (family crests) and includes the artist signature which appears on the front lower right panel. 19th century French footed brass chamberstick This chamberstick with its size, measuring 15 3/4 inches long, combined with a wonderful warm patina makes it a decorator's dream. Measures 15.75" long, 3.75 inches high, 5.5" across.

Circa 1830. Set of 6 English cut crystal wine glasses. All six are in excellent condition. (There is a 7th glass that goes with the set that you can have. It has 3 fairly minor abrasions on the foot rim and we can send a photo). Each wine glass measures:

18th century Meissen white porcelain dish with gold gilt featuring a repeated leaf design. Dates late 1700's, it is marked on back and is excellent antique condition. Measures 7.75" diameter.

Unusual Black Forest hand carved wooden snail as an inkwell. It still retains its original purple glass insert. Measures 6.5 inches long and 2,5" high. Circa 1900

Late 19th c oil on canvas painting of a forest landscape scene in an aesthetic movement frame. Frame was made in Boston, Mass. Painting is unsigned. Painting has had some restoration. Some paint loss. Frame condition is very good commensurate with age. Measures in frame 20" x 17"

French hinged vinaigrette or snuff box made from carved coquille nut having a mask with inset red amber eyes and tongue, the cover with Napoleon astride a rearing horse. Measures 3 inches long. Circa 1815.
