Chinese hanging scroll ink rubbing of an ancient stone carving featuring Quan Yin. Rubbing dates early 2oth century. Rubbings of ancient stone carvings are illegal in China as the process damages the stone. In very good condition, the rubbing measures 39.5 inches x 21 inches. Scroll measures 30" x 56" and comes in a bamboo container.

A very handsome and hard-to-find George III navette form mahogany peat bucket. Bound with five brass bands, it still has its original brass bail or handle. This peat bucket is in excellent antique condition and appears to be all original. Measures 14.5 inches wide, 13.25" at highest point on side and dates circa 1780.

Incredible yellow gold remembrance brooch of a bouquet of flowers with 2 hearts. Created with 3 different colored hair, the bottom of the bouquet is wrapped with dark brown hair which, due to reflection problems, I was not able to photograph. A pair of 19th C Dresden porcelain wall brackets. Each is highly decorated with hand painted applied flowers. In excellent antique condition, the brackets both bear underglaze blue maker's marks for the Sitzendorf factory. Measures 7 inches high, 6.75" wide, 3 3/8" deep. Circa 1880.

Circa 1830 from Pennsylvania, this pieced cotton quilt features the North Star pattern. All hand stitched, it has strong geometric shapes. Colors are red, white and various purples. A little worn around the edges, color is still good, considered to be in very good condition commensurate with age. Coverlet fits over a double bed. From the estate of Mike Biggers.

Chinese Scholar’s two-tier solid rosewood stand with carved boxwood edges. Produced in the 1950s, this is actually a copy of a 17th - early 18th century style that was made of zitan and edged in boxwood. A strong stand that will hold your heaviest object, the pieces were machine made with rough carvings, hand assembled (pegged and glued), and then hand finished and polished. In excellent condition, the stand measures 12” long x 7.25" wide x 4” high.

Early 20th Century rose quartz carving of 2 beauties. Made of one piece, it is difficult to find a double figure carving like this. Presented on a custom rosewood stand, this rose quartz carving has really nice details that we were not able to fully capture with a camera. It is much nicer in person and you won't be disappointed. In excellent condition, it measures on stand 10-1/2" high x 5" wide x 2". Carving alone measures 9-1/8" high.

A pair of 1950’s variegated green serpentine jade stone Chinese phoenix birds with rosewood stands. The birds have great sharp details with wonderful coloring, and the polishing is simply gorgeous. The stands are deep rosewood and carved to fit each piece. In excellent condition, they measure 9.5” high on stand. Birds only measure 8" high, 4" wide, 1.5" thick. Very fine large Meiji Era Japanese porcelain bowl with a delicately painted floral motif accented with gold gilt highlights. The side of the bowl features cranes in various flying poses. There is an old staple and gold repair at the rim. Looking into the bowl it is not visible unless you are seriously looking for it. See last 2 photos. Bowl rings nicely. Signed on the bottom, this is a very large bowl measuring 12.5 inches across by 3.75" high.

Pair of French heavy weight gilt bronze candlesticks with inkwell having banded agate cabochons. The agate stones were carefully cut with white stripe in the center of each stone to give the appearance of an "eye". Dating circa 1840, this desk set is in excellent condition and features a grape pattern. Candlesticks can be used separately when the occasion arises. In excellent condition, candlesticks are 8" high x 3 5/8" diameter. Inkwell measures 4.5" diameter 4.5" high.
