Very rare, circa 1888, English tapestry ware biscuit jar with hand painted scenes of a pair of quail and a pair of herons in their appropriate settings. The surface is very clean and feels smooth to the touch. Marked on bottom is the Taylor,Tunnicliffe & Co. of Hanley with the rare Kings Crown logo which was registered in 1886. A beautifully-detailed 19th Century Anglo-Indian desk set elaborately carved in ebony with a center storage box topped by a fabulous carved elephant with ivory tusks, one drawer, and lion paw feet. Excellent antique condition, there is one age crack, see photo. Measures including feet 16.5 long, 7" high including elephant, 10" deep.

A lovely antique emerald green Moser style glass perfume bottle comprised of three layers of glass (light mint green white, emerald green, clear) with gold enamel scroll work. With some minor loss to gold gilt commensurate with age and the end of the stopper is broken, this is considered to be in very good antique condition.. Measures 6.75" high, body 3" diameter, 2" diameter at foot. Czechoslovakian circa 1880.

Very Rare Black Forest hand carved walnut dog cigar holder. May have been used in a gentlemen's club, a men's parlor in a Victorian home, or as a store display. A fantastic find for the collector or cigar aficionado. Measures 16" long, 6" high, 5" wide.

A fine pair of mirror image blue opaline glass vases with enameled butterflies and flowers. Attributed to Thomas Webb & Sons, these date circa 1860-1880. A beautiful 19th century framed embroidery depicting a religious phrase, which reads "I will give thee a Crown of Life" with a beautiful centralized crown motif and surrounded by stitched scrolling garlands, and featuring lovely hues of gold and crimson. Behind glass within a wooden frame. Overall in good condition with expected signs of use given its age. The frame shows some chips and minor wear, as indicated in photography. Late 19th century brass whale oil lamp featuring a very unusual footed base with a delicately decorated edge. Has a chain for which to add a wick trimmer, snuffer, or other accoutrement. A wonderful piece for the collector, it is very good condition. Measures 19" high and 6.5 " square at the base.

Rare, circa 1860, English walnut tea caddy featuring nice clean lines with its only decoration being the word “TEA” inlaid in sterling silver. The lid is hinged and the interior features two separate rectangular compartments with removable wooden lids for storage. In very good antique condition with expected signs of use with some light scratches, a minor nick to the walnut finish, and a small piece of silver missing at the food of the “T”. Measures 3.5" high, 7.5" long, 5" wide

19th century tortoise shell box on 4 wooden bun feet. Still has with original key and lock works. In very good antique condition, there are some cracks throughout the tortoise shell. One hinge, see last photo, is slightly damaged, but does not comprise the box in that the lid is not loose. Measures 7 5/8 inches wide, 5 1/4" wide, 2 3/4" high

Circa 1860, Dutch tortoiseshell & sterling silver spoon box with its original key. The hand engraved sterling spoon set includes 10 teaspoons, 10 demitasse coffee spoons, one sugar scoop, and one tea scoop.

Dating 1869 is this lovely English dessert set by Henry Wilkinson & Co of Sheffield. Fully hallmarked this great find for the admirer of fine antique Sheffield silver plate. Condition is commensurate with age and use. Fork measures 7 inches long, knife is 8.5".

Hard-to-find English barrel shaped wooden string holder with a pedestal base. Made of lignum vitae wood, the dispensing end has a twist off opening. Circa 1860-1880 it is still a useful object and a great find for the collector. Overall condition is good with only a small chip on the base. Has a beautiful warm patina and measures 5" long at base, 5.5" wide at back, 6.5" high.

Circa 1870, brown transferware platter, Staffordshire Nanking pattern, by E. Challinor. In very good condition, there is some crazing commensurate with age and some staining, most notably on the back. Measures about 18 inches long, 14" high, and 1.5" deep. Hanger included.

A large antique Minton blue and white platter measuring 15.25 inches across. The pattern is Delft and the platter includes the attached hanger. Dates late 1800s and in excellent antique condition, it measures 15.5" x 12".

Antique English Staffordshire blue and white transferware plate by Rogers with a very dramatic scene. On the back it is named "The Drama". In very good condition commensurate with age. There is a small chip to the underside of the plate rim that is not seen from the front. Measures just under 8.75" diameter.

Circa 1880, marbleized slate game board with ornate gold gilding. Painted on slate with line carving, it is securely mounted in a walnut frame. In very good antique condition with some painting loss commensurate with age. Measures 28.25ʺ wide × 1.5ʺ deep × 20ʺ high.
