Mid 19th C Staffordshire figurine of a tailor riding a goat with 2 kids in a basket. Inspired by Meissen' s Tailor of Count Bruhl figurine, the goat is carrying an iron in her mouth while the tailor is holding a small roll of material in his hand. This is of-the-period, not a reproduction, and is an excellent piece for the collector or one who values original antique Staffordshire. Measures: 5 1/8 inches high, 3 5/8' long x 2"

Unusual antique French Limoges gold trimmed porcelain oyster plate depicting different sea grasses. In excellent condition, it measures 9.5" diameter.

NOTE: A very interesting technique was used to create the effect of underwater movement. They 1st printed the image in light green, then printed the same image in dark pink over it, but slightly offset. Where the images overlapped, it created a 3rd color, brown, which establishes the main part of the plant.

Circa 1870, brown transferware platter, Staffordshire Nanking pattern, by E. Challinor. In very good condition, there is some crazing commensurate with age and some staining, most notably on the back. Measures about 18 inches long, 14" high, and 1.5" deep. Hanger included.

Beautiful antique English sewing etui containing antique sewing paraphernalia and a perfume bottle. In the shape of a small book titled "Lady's Companion", the box is brown leather with gold gilt embossing and is lined with red velvet and paper. There is a small lift-out compartment that once held thread, small bobbins. etc. A cardboard with notes has written in graphite the date "December 26, 1852"...

Exceptional Moser cut to clear 6 sided cranberry red stem glass. Each panel has a raised hand cut medallion. 5 medallions feature finely hand cut and gold gilded bouquets of different flowers. The 6th is monogrammed. Probably used as a wine glass, this is truly an amazing work of art. Dates around 1910, and measures 5.25 inches high.
