A very handsome and hard-to-find George III navette form mahogany peat bucket. Bound with five brass bands, it still has its original brass bail or handle. This peat bucket is in excellent antique condition and appears to be all original. Measures 14.5 inches wide, 13.25" at highest point on side and dates circa 1780.

Very Rare 18th century English double knopped air twist wine glass with a stem featuring a pair of white spiral threads outside a vertical gauze, multi-ply spiral cable. 18th century hand chased Georgian silver toddy ladle embossed with festoons, birds, flowers and a shield bearing the beautifully engraved initials "EC". These ladles were used to serve toddy from a serving rummer or punch bowl and ideal for warming brandy. The twisted whalebone handle affords a better grip and has a silver end cap. In excellent condition,just needs a little polishing, it measures 13 inches long; bowl measures 2.5" diameter, 1.25" deep. Circa 1770

An elegant Thomas Ellis sterling silver and whalebone toddy ladle with an elongated bowl with a rope twist edging. The twisted baleen handle affords a better grip and retains its original end cap. In very good antique condition, it is hallmarked in the bowl and dates circa 1780. Measures 13.25 inches long; bowl measures 2.75" x 2.5", 1" deep.

Dating from the early 1700s before Meissen starting using their cross swords logo is this very rare Meissen porcelain cameo vase. The applied bisque cameo features the goddess Venus looking into a mirror. In very good antique condition, the only evidence of age is wear to the gold gilt. We have not attempted to clean the vase. Measures 9 inches high, about 4.5" diameter at widest.

An unusual 18th century Canton black and white enamel miniature square tea kettle with lid. Supported on four bracket feet and finely enameled on each side with a group of Precious Objects with gold gilt accents. The lower half with scrolling foliage has an occasional crescent flowerhead in blue enamel which is repeated on the square section spout, top, domed lid and loop handle. A deeply carved Chinese cinnabar seal paste box measuring about 2.75 inches diameter and 1" high. It is a superb example of early bright red cinnabar lacquer. Being 225 years old, it has been very well kept. Dates circa 1780.

Original Japanese woodblock print by Kitao Masanobu (1761 – 1816) from the “Eastern Tune Koyka by Fifty Poets”, date 1786. The color woodblock print depicts an image of a seated warrior with a poem above. Print has toning, spots, and marks throughout, fading to inks, loss of red ink stripes on face, abrasions to lower right corner. Not examined out of frame.

Very Rare 18th century Pennsylvania Dutch straw art painting. Details are excellent as well as the condition. Purchased from a family in PA, it is also possible this came over with an early Pennsylvania Dutch immigrant. Either way, it was made by the same people. Measures framed 13.5" x 10.5". 18th century Meissen white porcelain dish with gold gilt featuring a repeated leaf design. Dates late 1700's, it is marked on back and is excellent antique condition. Measures 7.75" diameter.

17th/18th C Chinese hardwood carving of Quan Yin. Beautifully carved with nice elegant lines, this statue has a wonderful patina than only comes with time. In very good condition there are a few age cracks which do not affect the integrity of the piece. There is some glue residue on the bottom where she was attached to an old lamp base. French walnut oil jug from France. A large brown-glazed terracotta storage vessel with pouring spout. It is a rare piece and unusual to find one without handles. Chips to spout. Expected for age. Measures 10" diameter, 14" high

Circa 1750 Chinese export Nanking Cargo blue and white porcelain tea bowl and saucer. The cup and saucer were recovered from the wreck of the Dutch East India Company ship "De Geldermalsen", which sank in 1751 near Java. The recovered pieces from the wreck are now referred to as "The Nanking Cargo". Both cup and saucer still retain the original Christie's label from the auction held in Amsterdam in 1986. saucer measures 4.75ʺdiameter. Cup diameter is 3".Cup with saucer measures 2.25ʺ high

Circa 1780, English creamware with black transfer pheasants and a molded feather edge. Made by Sadler & Green of Liverpool, it measures 10" diameter and .75" deep. Condition is very good with just 2 small chips to edge.
