French Mid Century Modern Cat Glass Ashtray with Pestle stock #JHcatAshtay
Very artistic and stylized art glass ashtray in the shape of a cat's face with a pestle or stump. There is a slight indentation where the pestle lays. Four feet on bottom. No signature, but based in the shape of the pestle, I believe this to be French as Daum's pestles are shaped like this one. Condition is very good, no chips,no cracks. A few micro abrasions on bottom. Measures 7 1/4 inches wide x 6 3/4" x 2" high.
