Signed, Wm. S. Morgan, Somerset Co, 1872, this woven wool coverlet was made in Somerset County in Jenner Township, Pennsylvania. In 1870, the factory employed ten workers and produced a variety of woolen goods, including blankets and coverlets. Condition is good, but does have some damage, please study photos. Measures 66" x 72".

19th century English brass "Queen of Diamonds" Candle holders made as a commemoration piece to honor Queen Victoria's 60 year reign from 1837 - 1897. Measures 11.25" high x 4.5" square.

Having a very sweet face, this china head doll dates circa 1860. She is complete with a dress and pantaloons. One foot is missing, but it does not detract from the presentation. Measures 9.5" high.

1940s - 1950s, Chinese moss agate low slung lotus style brush washer. The moss agate shows nice markings being genuine and is a light grey/green to darker green in color. The rim has two lotus flowers and two seed pods placed around the undulating and curling top. Condition is excellent having the normal characters of this type agate, which are natural indentations. Having a very lovely shape and design, it measures 6.25" x 5.5" x .75" high.

18C Chinese domed jade plaque carved in low relief with Buddhist auspicious symbols. Color is a whitish pale celadon. It is carved very, very thin with two sets of small holes to the back edge. This may have been attached to clothing or fabric or, perhaps, attached to a large ruyi scepter. Condition is excellent and it is wonderfully translucent. Measures: 4" x 3.25".

Superb museum quality carved Chinese wood brise fan with deeply worked guard sticks and finely done inner sticks carved equally to both sides of lovely scenes. Larger than most brise fans, it also still has its original hand carved presentation box fitted in silk. Made in Canton, China for the export market, the fan and box dates circa 1870-1880. Condition is wonderful to both and a must have for the collector. Fan length 9.5" x fully opened 16.5" with case being 12.5" long x 2.5" x 2.5"

1950s era Chinese Rose Quartz brush washer styled as a pond having a hand carved amethyst Mandarin duck resting on the only flat spot on top. The rose quartz of a high quality and finely polished. The duck is well carved and pegged into the top and you can turn it slightly. However, I would not know if you would be asking for trouble if you tried pulling it out. A beautiful piece, it measures 4.5” long, 2.5” wide, and 2” high including duck.

Vintage 1930s-40s Chinese bamboo carved brush pot with good scenes. It is in wonderful antique condition with some age lines and one light split showing proper age with great patina and feel. Measures Height 7.25" x Diameter 5"

Mid-late 1800s, Chinese seed coral hat finial made with hundreds of small coral beads that were wired and woven to form the finial over a brass base. This removable finial still has its brass screw-pin. Measures: Bead only 1 1/8" diameter x 1 1/4"high. As shown with screw 1 1/2" high.

An exquisite Chinese black lacquer and gold gilt sewing chest with multi colored lacquer panels and a rare built in mirror that swings out. The exterior feet are carved in the image of large winged gold gilt bats with red open mouths and the box still has its original key that locks and unlocks both the top and bottom drawers. Mid 19th C Staffordshire figurine of a tailor riding a goat with 2 kids in a basket. Inspired by Meissen' s Tailor of Count Bruhl figurine, the goat is carrying an iron in her mouth while the tailor is holding a small roll of material in his hand.
