Circa 1756, sterling silver French snuff box featuring a man's profile with initials. The bottom has an embossed farming scene with the sides having various vignettes including a hunter and a shepherdess. 18th Century Chippendale Pennsylvania Walnut Highboy with a Scrolled Skirt, Fluted Quarter Columns, Cabriole Legs and Ball and Claw Feet

This is a wonderful 18th Century Chippendale walnut highboy, and was likely hand-crafted in Pennsylvania in or near Philadelphia circa 1750 - 1780. The squat proportions and massive strength of the architecture suggest a Philadelphia origin.

1920's French Art Deco wrought iron table or counter top display stand with a stylized swan in gold gilt. The original Italian marble is in excellent condition. This unusual piece was most likely a counter top display stand in an upscale store.

19/20th C, finely rendered Chinese Shiwan (Shekwan) pottery statue of a seated man holding a bamboo pipe traditionally used for tobacco. Some nice crazing in the high gloss glazes on his shirt and pipe. This is a very good piece with excellent detailing, you won’t be disappointed. Measues 5.75” across, 7.5 deep, 6” high

Man's soft grey silk under kimono with a painted image of Daruma, the Japanese God of Wishes. Two large coins using the shibori technique cross over onto the sleeves. Two pale peach washes are painted across the image area as well as swashes of small metallic gold flecks using the surihaku technique. This is a very soft, light-weight gray silk with a bright green raw silk lining. Dating to 1930s and in excellent condition, this garment measures approximately 51” across and 54” long.

Healthy Japanese babies adorn this bright red juban. Made of light weight silk with equally light weight white silk lining, this woman's juban measures 48" across the shoulders (including sleeves) and 50" long. In very good condition, it dates early Showa, 1930, though the collar appears to be newer. This is a very cheerful under garment and would be a fun piece to wear as an outer garment.

Czech Art Deco zoomorphic 1930’s swan-form decanter by Karel Palda. Hand-blown glass body and handle with a silver plated head having a flip top pour spout. It is marked Czechoslovakia on lid hinge. In excellent vintage condition, it measures 12" high.

In pristine condition, is this Japanese woodblock album displaying 6 famed prints, although these are not originals, yet they are actual wood block prints done for the 1964 Olympics in Japan. Please read the label description on book cover; the woodblocks are 44 years old with no soiling, smudge, or any imperfection whatsoever. They were adapted for stamps, but each are sized image area about 5" by 7" and each come with the original acid free protective tissue paper.

Japanese Kamakura Bori fish dish or tray. Finely hand carved in the shape of a red sea bream using the Kamakura lacquer technique, this dish was made for Fitz & Floyd in the 1970's. In excellent condition, it measures 15" long, 6" at widest point.

Edo Era, circa 1850s-1860s, Japanese red lacquer over wood Japanese Bento Box in 5 sections. The exterior features Shibayama style of inlay on a red lacquer ground with the interior and underside being black lacquer. An exquisite Chinese black lacquer and gold gilt sewing chest with multi colored lacquer panels and a rare built in mirror that swings out. An Akan gilt metal gold weight cast as a bird on round tapering base. The Akan gold weights are quite unique in the world for their forms. Their weights are so distinguished by their shape that they are now considered decorative art forms only few inches in size. Historically, they were used for measuring gold dust, which was circulating as currency in Ghana and Ivory Coast among the Akans from the 15th until the end of the 19th century.
