A stunning pair of gold gilt mirror image cloisonné hat stands. Often used as vases, the front of each hat stand features a vase of flowers with a peaceful scene of a man in a boat viewing the horizon. The sides and back have assorted images of Chinese scholar article and Buddhist symbols. Pair of Chinese cloisonne vases with intricate designs and fine workmanship. The gold gilt vases are mirror image and each is decorated with a panel featuring a bird on a flowering branch; the opposing side having a panel with a butterfly hovering over flowers. The ornate brown background with gold wires features a floral pattern to include large chrysanthemums. In excellent condition they measure 7.5" high x 4" diameter.

Early 20th century Chinese cloisonne recumbent deer censer with gold gilt on a custom wood stand. The lid on the back features a bird finial and is lined with turquoise enamel. The exterior cloisonne ground is turquoise over copper with red, green, blue, black, white, and yellow enamels creating a rich an vibrant design. Note the opening at the tail for burning a joss stick. In very good condition, no dents, no loss to enamels, it measures 11 inches wide, 4 inches deep, 7 1/4 inches high...

Early 20th century Chinese cloisonne vase with a
compressed ovoid shaped body and a lotus bulb mouth.
A stunning mounted two-tone bronze dragon wraps around vase. The vase features a scrolling lotus design on a rust colored ground. Hole remains in base where it was mounted as a lamp. In excellent condition, the vase measures 11 inches high. On base 12" high. Dates circa 1930.

Circa 1900, Chinese export enamel trough planter with floral scenes in rock garden on a custom wood stand. The glaze on the exterior ground is a lovely pale turquoise, while the interior is a darker contrasting turquoise. The rim features fret key pattern in a vibrant translucent royal blue and the metal trim is silver which has darkened over time. In excellent condition, the planter measures 8" long, 5.5" wide, and 2.5" high. On stand measures just under 3.5".

Two very rare and large Canton enamel vases on the original wooden stands with lovely rich patina and bright well painted scenes of the Chinese goddess Chang'e. These quatrefoil vases enables the owner to change the scenes at will by merely turning the vase to a different panel. This is rare to find in Chinese vases of the period. These date to the late 19th C. One of the stands are inscribed 'China' with a backwards 'N' to help authenticate period...

A colorful profusion of precious objects and coins adorn this beautiful cloisonne box against a black background, the lid has a finial in the form of a foo dog making this a truly unique treasure. Dated to the late 19th Century, this box is in really good condition with very minor loss of enamel from the underside but does not go through, very difficult to see and does not detract from its initial overall value. The top and bottom borders are done in a royal blue cobalt contrasted by a turquoise backdrop entwined with golden wire. A wonderful bronze opium or cigarette set inlaid with green enamel that accentuates the fine details of fish, lotus, butterflies and flowers. The box is lined with the original wood insert, which is extremely rare to find intact. All items has footed feet with blue enamel. Condition is excellent, save the tray that has a slight wavy rim to one side and minor enamel loss to a couple of the feet, which does not detract from the beauty of this rare set...

A marvelous oval shaped Chinese tortoise shell box with enameling featuring a bamboo and floral pattern with auspicious symbols on a carved top and the side bands. An interior mirror under the fitted lid shows some age related wear. The tortoise shell is in excellent antique condition, no cracks and there is no visible loss to the enamel. This is a rare treasure which displays beautifully. Measures 6 inches long, 5" wide, 1.5 inches high. Circa 1880.
