Unusual sterling silver bird, an eagle or phoenix, from Taxco, Mexico. Designed and produced in the early 1950's, the intricately detailed head, neck, feathers, legs and feet are attached to the body which is a hard stone egg. In excellent condition, this rare find stands 5" high by 3.25" head to tail. |
