6 French majolica asparagus plates with a yellow basket weave pattern edged by a scalloped turquoise rim. The plates features 4 purple tipped asparagus spears laying on a large green artichoke leaf against a turquoise ground. Pair of early 20th C Tiffin yellow Vaseline glass candle holders with barley twist stems supported by a bell base with an etched floral design. All my photos are shot in natural light against a white or black background. The candleholders are heavy in weight and look much better than I could capture in the photos. You will not be disappointed. They will glow bright green under black light. Measure 9.5" high x 5" diameter at base.

19th C French black papier-mache with gold gilt and mother-of-pearl decoration. The wind-up clock was made in Great Britain and the paper-mache surround was created in France. In excellent restored condition, it measures 19" diameter.

Mid to late 19th c American hand carved wood thermometer with engraved brass temperature plate. Interesting to note is that Preezing is the spelling for Freezing. Today this spelling for temperature is only used in scientific literature. A rare find. Possibly an early Taylor thermometer. Measures: 16.25" high

Original Japanese woodblock print by Yoshitoshi (1839-1892) of a Japanese captive insulting the King of Ancient Korea. From the series Kyodo Risshiki (Instructive Biographies) and published by Matsuki Heikichi, it is dated 1885. In excellent condition, it measures 14.75 inches high, 10" across.

Fabulous sterling silver cuff bracelet with 3 finely detailed elephants. This bracelet is sturdy or has substantial weight to it. Like new, it may have been worn, but has no visible signs of wear. Will comfortably fit a 6.25" wrist. Note: May need a little polishing.

An unusual late 19th C Chinese teapot of quatrefoil form applied with a bamboo form spout set opposite a bamboo handle. Decorated around the sides in shades of blue and white enamel with flower heads on mint green scrolling foliage, the flattened cover is similarly decorated and surmounted by a leaf form knop. A wonderful item for the collector of Chinese porcelains. Measures: 8" long, 4.25" wide, and 2.5" high.

Elaborately crafted natural marble figure of a child carrying a basket of flowers while holding one flower in their hand. This statue is handcrafted in various types of marble and stone. Mid-20th century. Weighs about 350 lbs and measures 42" high

Circa 1965 red free form metal sculpture on a black wooden base by George Curtis (1923-2010). Curtis developed a unique way of creating freedom as opposed to formal structure sculptures. Using a 5 gallon pail filled with water and potatoes, he would melt scrap aluminum and pour it into the pail. The result was an unvisualized form that humans have never seen before, a representation of the shape of spaces and caverns between objects. Measures 15" high.

Early 20th C Chinese Export reverse painting on glass of a mahjong game. This work depicts a quartet of women playing the game at a lacquered table with a small crowd watching them play. In a rosewood frame with brass hanger. The painting is very detailed with the gold highlights on the clothing, lanterns, etc. having been painted first. Measures 14ʺW × 1ʺD × 20.5ʺH
