Vintage Murano Glass Picasso style vase in excellent condition. Original labels are slightly worn but still intact. Vase is in excellent condition and measures 13 inches high.

Nantucket woven rattan basket or purse having 2 scrimshawed ivorite plaques, one features a sailing ship with the inside plaque featuring Marblehead Harbor. This basket has a swing handle, leather hinges and a wood base. Made in Rhode Island, it is signed Farnum on the bottom and a penny glued inside dates the basket 1996. Measures 11" long x 8" high with the handle down.

Amazing vintage pair of genuine natural ruby earrings with diamonds set in 14k yellow gold. Each earring features 21 marquise cut (7pts each) prong set rubies, and 6 round cut diamonds, with the rubies having a total of 1.47 ctw per earring. In pristine condition, these pierced earrings measure 5/8 inches long and have a 1” drop (including earring) and hang perfectly (see 2nd photo). A rare and very old neolithic pottery jar from the Qijia culture from Gansu Province, China, 2050 - 1200 BC. Being corded, when the clay was wet, fabric was applied making pattern. When it was fired, the fabric would burn off, leaving the design. In excellent condition, no restoration or repairs, it measures 6.5" high.

This 18.5 inch tall Norah Wellings black doll named "DuDu" was made from 1927 to the mid 1930s in Wellington, Shopshire, England. Made of velveteen DuDU has a great character face with the much desired glass eyes and a wide brown mohair wig. The doll is jointed at the neck, shoulders, and hips. The fingers and toes are individually delineated with stitching. Doll is called 'DuDu' model 119.

A very cute small Chinese white glazed turtle attributed to North Carolina potter Virginia Shelton of J.B. Cole Pottery. On the base bottom there is an indication that there are some initials, but they are almost completely mostly obliterated by the glaze. In excellent condition, this little guy would make for a perfect and fun paperweight and a great piece for the collector. Measures 1.75" high, 2.5" diameter.

Large 19th Century Scandinavian pudding or butter box hand caved with intricate foliage in deep relief. The lid is held in position by two upstanding wings and a carved wooden pin inserts on one side to further secure the lid. In excellent condition it measures 12 inches high an 9.75" diameter.

Original oil on board painting of a reclining nude as viewed through sheer curtains. Done mostly in sepia tones save for a black cat in background, the woman is in an almost sphinx like pose. A very intriguing painting. With original frame and in excellent condition, we date this about 1940-1950s. Signed by artist, G. Hummel in lower right, the painting with frame measures 29.5 inches x 18.5".

The 18 Lohans are Deer Sitting, Happy, Raised Bowl, Raised Pagoda, Meditating, Oversea, Elephant Riding, Laughing Lion, Open Heart, Raised Hand, Thinking, Scratched Ear, Calico Bag, Plantain, Long Eyebrow, Doorman, Taming Dragon and Taming Tiger. Circa 1920-30, Chinese gem quality six color banded agate of a scholar with dragon. Colors are grey, black, white, carnelian, blue and rare yellow hair. Just a fabulous and superbly worked piece. Carving measures just under 2.5" high, on stand measures 3" high.

Blue glazed porcelain Chinese scholar's brush rest. In excellent condition, it measures 2 7/8 inches high, 2.5" across.

Umber glazed porcelain Chinese scholar's brush rest. Measures 2 3/4 inches high, 2 5/8" across. Condition very good with just 2 old chips on base. Circa 1900 or earlier.

A very lovely natural green Burmese jadite necklace, all stones were selected to match, none were dyed. The clasp is marked 'silver' and by the art deco design of it we date the piece to the 1920 - 1930's. The necklace measures 24" and consists of three strands. This is a nice weighty but very comfortable necklace, highly stylish and elegant, a real crowd pleaser.

Circa 1900, Chinese export enamel trough planter with floral scenes in rock garden on a custom wood stand. The glaze on the exterior ground is a lovely pale turquoise, while the interior is a darker contrasting turquoise. The rim features fret key pattern in a vibrant translucent royal blue and the metal trim is silver which has darkened over time. In excellent condition, the planter measures 8" long, 5.5" wide, and 2.5" high. On stand measures just under 3.5".
