A well rendered blue and white Chinese porcelain dish with 4 figures. In very good condition, surface showing no wear, there are few minor frits around the edge and a chip on the inside bottom foot rim, nothing of any consequence. Dating Republic period, it measures 5.5" (14 cm) diameter and 1.5" (3.8 cm) deep.

A beautiful sapphire blue Qianlong period (1736-1795) small wasted and broad shouldered jar. The cobalt blue mimics the old heap and pile effect of the earlier Ming dynasty. The glaze has a silkly smooth texture typical of early 18th C. porcelains. The white patch at the neck area is a clay slip that was partially glazed and was not scored because of a slight depression in the affected area...

Chinese porcelain teapot with a ribbed body. A lovely scene depicting daily garden life with men and women surround the body. A bat hovers over symbolizing good fortune. There is some expected age related wear to the gold, but otherwise in good condition, no chips, no cracks, no hairlines, it measures 5" high x 5" diameter (7" across if including the spout). Circa 1900.

A beautifully rendered statue of Lu Xing, the Chinese God of Wealth and one of the 3 Star Gods. Richly painted in bright floral patterns and scrolling tendrils, it is in excellent condition. There are hole piercings in the ears and nose areas of Lu, and ear piercings in the child. C The sculpture measures 17" or 43.17 cm high and dates to the late Qing. Circa 1900. Marked on bottom.

A massive and extremely rare Mandarin and famille rose pattern bottle with lid. This rare Chinese export stands at 18 inches high with the lid. In excellent condition, no cracks, hairlines, chips, etc. Only minimal wear to the enamels about the neck handle, where it was most likely held. Circa 1840.

A very well painted Chinese hat stand. This would be considered transitional late Qing 1906-1911 to pre 1920, my guess is that it is just after the Qing period. The colors and enamel painting feature the God of Longevity with boys at play. Beautifully painted tree with flowers at bloom. The condition is perfect with exception of minor gold rubbing, other than that it is perfect and ready to display. Measures 11" high x 4.75" across

A charming late 19th C. Chinese tea cup and saucer, displaying the traditional dragon and other design elements. The hollowed transparent holes are covered with glaze to form the ever popular rice pattern. Various symbols such as the sunburst represent the Emperor and bats for good fortune, on the underside of the teacup are various Doaist symbols. Tea cup measures 2.75" diameter x 2" high, saucer measures 4" diameter x 1" high". In excellent condition without hairlines or chips.

A superb Chinese porcelain vase richly painted in a color hue that is seldom seen, with mauve blue and purple, moss green and saffron yellow with rich iron red accents. This large vase displays a whimsical scene of boys at play. Notice as one boy over reacts as a spider dangles from his hand held fan, a cat awaits for his chance to pounce his new found play toy, another little boy hides behind his mother in fear of the commotion...

A most unusual square porcelain bowl with scalloped corners. Iy is brightly enameled with a plethora of flowers. Each corner features a bat that symbolizes fortune and good luck. This lovely Chinese bowl is in exceptional shape with minimal wear, no hairlines, chips, and free from restoration. Dated to the late 19th century, it measures 4.5 inches across by 2.25" high.

Circa 1750. A very beautiful and petite vegetable tureen. This is just gorgeous, with bright colors and well painted florals, all of which is beautifully intact. The only damage is the one handle has been re-stuck. The other details to mention is very minor frits along the outer edge of the lid, which is a common production fault with Chinese porcelain in the first couple decades of the 18th century, other than that this tureen is in excellent shape...

A cheerful family outing adorns this rich and colorful display of a day out in the country side. Dated to the late 19th and just prior to 1891. The ginger jar is in excellent condition without chips, hairlines, with very little rubbing of the details, hardly noticeable at all. It comes with a well formed lid that is beautifully designed. 7 inches high without lid (8.5" with lid) x 7" diameter.
